The more years that I have the privilege of living, the more I have started to notice that my body does not always operate with the same level of speed and efficiency that it did a few decades ago. Even though my mind still thinks I am in my 20’s, my intestines, not so much. So, I have decided thatthis is the year that I am going to start experimenting with eliminating some food ingredients from my diet to see if that helps to give my digestive system a tune up.
