I am SO proud of ServiceNow. Third best company in the US to work for? YES! Seriously so splendid. I couldn't agree more. I'm very proud to call ServiceNow my employer. The organization has been so great to me, particularly this year when I've been faced with more personal challenges than I ever would have anticipated. The organization embraces my humanness and for that, I'm eternally grateful.

What makes your work place interesting!1. "One Size fits all", Corporates with the expectation that everybody else squeezes in in same size, is one of the main reasons why most of the employees are hesitant of sharing their achievements, doubts or fears in open platforms. Building a workplace culture in which individuality is both noticed and valued can bring belonging.2. "Belongingness to work", one of the main factor missing these days in Employees. Once you start belonging to the workplace and work, you will start engaging in making it successful rather than thinking about individual growth. Growing with company always give you more perks than growing individually. 3. "Key to Survival", Being Vocal and Vigilant are two most important skills required today. Being Shy, Timid or non-expressive will always keep you in a urge of having a Dad at job. Be expressive and be vocal about your thoughts. Not all thoughts will be valid but it will still give you a platform to chat. Stop thinking about having Dad everywhere :D Proudly announcing another feather in the Cap, "Outstanding Award" on the eve of 8th Foundation day inMorphis#inmorphis ServiceNow #SN #projectmanagement #awards #rewards #motivation #outstandingawards #RnR

I'm grateful for the opportunity to have worked at ServiceNow for the past 3 years, where I've been a part of a company that is committed to diversity and inclusion. We've made significant progress in this area, including:- Establishing scholarships at Benedict College and the Thurgood Marshall College Fund- Increasing diversity in our engineering department by 30% in 3 years- Supporting local Bay Area and San Diego nonprofits- Revamping our EIC recruiting processI'm proud of our progress, but there's more work ahead. I'm grateful for the support of my colleagues and leaders, including our Chairman Bill McDermott, Chirantan "CJ" Desai, Nick Tzitzon, Pat Casey, Cheick Camara, Joe Davis, Loretta Nelson, Karen Pavlin, Therasa Cha, Amy Lokey, Jonathan Cary, Edua Lena Dickerson, Vanessa Smith, Nichole Francis Reynolds, Melissa Stevens, PHR, ACC, Jeffrey Gray, Fredrick A. Scott, Alice Bosso, Angelina Elizondo Herrera, Sharmistha Dash, Shanna Davis, Michael C., Catherine Isaacs, Stevin Coe, Kurdin Bazaz, Monica Dupree, Laurie Anderson, Helen Kottenstette, Vibeka Sen Sisodiya, Marisa Froio, Blake McConnell, Tony Nguyen, Darice Brown, M.B.A., Jaylin Turner, MBA Ava Khoshravani, Sharon Boyd, Shannon Fryhoff and Nikki Van Gasse.I'd like to take a moment to acknowledge everyone at ServiceNow, from EAs to Engineers, WPS to SVPs, managers to interns, and belonging groups. Together, we've built an extraordinary culture and given back to our community. I've learned as much from you as I hope you have from me.Here are five key takeaways from my experience working on Diversity and Inclusion at ServiceNow:- Great managers are invaluable. They set clear objectives, listen to their team members, and make smart decisions.- Listen to people's perspectives. We all have different experiences and viewpoints, and it's important to listen to them all. This helps us create a more inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.- Be agile and adaptable. The tech industry is constantly changing, so it's important to be able to adapt to new challenges and learn new things.- Check in with others without an agenda.Building relationships is more than just getting things done. Take the time to connect with people on a personal level- Make decisions transparently, even when they're tough. It's impossible to make everyone happy, but it's important to be transparent about our decisions, even when they're unpopular. This helps people understand why we made the decision and builds trust.#DEI #PayItForward #RollTide#ServiceNow #TechLife #Anniversary

We believe that making the world work better for everyone starts with an unwavering commitment to our people. We want to empower them not only to do their best work but, ultimately, have the best career of their lives at ServiceNow. That’s why we are honored to be named No. 5 on the 2023 American Opportunity Index. We’re also No. 1 in the software category. The Index assesses how the largest U.S. companies are developing their people to drive business performance and foster career growth. This recognition is based on the experiences of nearly five million employees from 400 companies, including data from social media and online resume and salary platforms. It shows every company’s people strategy in action. Our commitment to our people is core to ServiceNow’s culture. I think it’s what some might call our “secret sauce.” We want every one of our employees to win. By providing each person with growth opportunities and career mobility, focusing on building our skills, and doing it all with amazing technology, we are building the best teams to support our customers to innovate for the future. The future is limitless! And, hey, looking for your next gig? I recently celebrated my one-year anniversary in the TA team at Atlassian, and what a ride it has been so far! 🎉 From new colleagues to new challenges and opportunities, it's been a great journey. Of course, like any workplace, there have been some challenging times, but I'm grateful to be part of a supportive and resilient culture that helps everyone navigate through them. 💪I still remember my first conversation with my new manager a year ago. The very first question I was asked was, "What does growth look like for you?" That conversation hasn't stopped since then and has helped shape my experience at Atlassian. 🌱Remote working has had a significant impact, especially being based in Regional Victoria. We have access to a plethora of tools (mostly our own! 😄) along with various rituals that make remote work seamless. The emphasis on work-life balance and mental health, along with the culture of leaders openly embracing vulnerability, has been refreshing and empowering. ⚖️💻One unique aspect is the encouragement to write a blog during your first week. Initially, it can be nerve-wracking, but seeing everyone else do it makes it easier. It's a great way to witness the human side of everyone and get to know your team better. Being encouraged to be yourself feels fantastic, and when you embrace it, it's worth it. 😊📝Atlassian is intentional about fostering togetherness, both virtually and in person. They actively create opportunities for the team to hang out and connect. Who's up for a game of Werewolf? 🐺 Big focus on helping people feel like they belong. 👥One of the standout experiences for me was being able to visit my family in the UK without using any annual leave. This was a massive perk at the time as a result of COVID (helping staff see family they haven't been able to see). ✈️🏡Looking forward to more exciting times ahead with this incredible team. 🚀 Thanks to everyone for your support (and patience!) 😀Jess Sechi Micah Beaumont Shayney Liu Steve Bousfield Chelsea Vertucci Sun Sooryamuyah Sameeksha Kukreti Louise SmithThank you, Atlassian. 🙏 #OneYearAnniversary #CareerGrowth #WorkLifeBalance #TeamCulture #RemoteWork
